24th January 2003 New year, new month, new features My calendar (on my computer) tells me that today is the 24th of January 2003, which means that this is the third year The Whistler in the Gallery is running (although there is still a few months until the second anniversary of this site. How is that possible you may wonder...Or hopefully not). To celebrate the new year I want to start by telling that this update includes a completely new feautre, and some information about an exciting project. Thanks to Jan Voorbij (the webmaster of "Cup of Wonder"), bootleg artwork for approxemately 300 bootlegs is ready to be uploaded on "The Whistler in the Gallery". 32 of these have already been uploaded and you can find them in the bootleg section of my site, where I have made plenty of changes. Be sure to check it out. More bootleg artwork will be added the next time "The Whistler in the Gallery" is updated. Hope you enjoy it! The "Stormwatch" poll has been replaced by a new "A" poll, and as always I wonder you think is the best song on this album. Dun Ringill won the last poll, followed by Dark Ages and Flying Dutchman. The least popular song on that album were "Warm Sporran". Also a new link has been added to the link section: The Jethro Tull Club. The last new thing in this update I want to tell you about is about a project I have been involved in since last summer which has to do with Jethro Tull. Be sure to check out the "Shifer" page which you can find in the "More" (previously "About") section. Cheerio!
