My collection of Nestlé and their Disney products (Text only)

Nestlé the beginning

The Nestlé company began in 1866 when Henri Nestlé, a Swiss Chemist, formulated a unique blend of milk for babies who were unable to take their mother's milk. Two years later, Daniel Peters, a Swiss Chocolate Manufacturer, and a near friend of Henri Nestlé, combined Nestlé's sweet condensed milk with his chocolate to produce the world's most popular confection, milk chocolate.

International did Nestlé start the co-operation with Disney in 1990, while in Norway their started in 1992. In Norway the Disney figures was basically used on Nesquik and Ha-Paa, a sandwich spread based on milk, sugar and chocolate.
(Thanks to K. Christoffersen, Nestlé Norway)

My bio

My name is Trond Stien, and I'm a 42 years old guy from Bergen, Norway. I have three great kids, two daughters and a boy. Jeanette (21), Cecilie (19) and Magnus (11). I am an educated nurse, and work in a surgical ward at the biggest hospital in Norway.

What do I collect?

I haven't always collected stuff from Disney, Marvel, Warner etc. etc. I have been a collector for a long time - about 30 years - or something like that. It started with small antiques and taking care of the old family stuff .Continued with toys and figurines from the cartoon world, and only recently (the last five years) did I start to collect Nestlé Disney Products.
Primary I collect Disney stuff. Secondary - stuff from Warner, Marvel, James Bond, Star Wars etc. etc.
"The stuff" is of course Nestlé Disney Products, Soakys, PVC figures, PEZ, Diecast models, McDonalds, Pins, Dolls, Ceramic figures, Drinking glasses, Coffee mugs, Tin pencil holders, Tin boxes, Lemonade bottles (plastic, glass and tin), Spin pops, etc. etc. etc. etc.
My total collection is about 2100 items.

My oldest items are two dolls from The Katzenjammer Kids. It's made about 1915 in USA. The height is 280mm.
