Panda Bear

Download the pandabear-selections-file here.
Unzip the selections, and save it in your PSP selections-folder.

I have used Eye Candy 3.0 on this tutorial. Download it here for free.

Start by opening a new image, 400x500, transparent background.

Add a new layer. Name it 'body.
Selections - Load from disk - body.sel. Floodfill with #FCFFFF.
Effects - Noise - Add 6%. Selections - Select None.

Same layer. Load body_shadow.sel.
Colors - Adjust - Brightness with -30. Deselect.

Effects - Plug-in Filters - Eye Candy 3.0 - Jiggle, these settings:

Add a new layer. Name it 'left leg'.
Load leftleg.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Same layer. Load leftleg_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with 70. Deselect.

Jiggle, same settings.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, these settings:

Add a new layer. Name it 'right leg'.
Load rightleg.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Same layer. Load rightleg_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with 70. Deselect.

Jiggle, same settings. Drop Shadow, same settings.

Add a new layer. Name it 'left arm'.
Load leftarm.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Same layer. Load leftarm_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with 70. Deselect.

Jiggle, same settings. Drop Shadow, same settings.

Add a new layer. Name it 'right arm'.
Load rightarm.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Same layer. Load rightarm_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with 70. Deselect.

Jiggle, same settings. Drop Shadow, same settings.

Add a new layer. Name it 'head'.
Load head.sel. Floodfill with #FCFFFF. Add 6% noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load head_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with -30. Deselect.

Same layer. Load head_dark.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Jiggle, same settings.

Add a new layer. Name it 'nozzle'.
Load nozzle.sel. Floodfill with #FCFFFF. Add 6% noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load nozzle_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with -30. Deselect.

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel, these settings:

Jiggle, same settings. Drop Shadow, same settings.

Add a new layer. Name it 'mouth'.
Load mouth.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Add a new layer. Name it 'nose'.
Load nose.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.
Inner Bevel, Round Presets. Drop Shadow, same settings.

Add a new layer. Name it 'eyes'.
Load eyes.sel. Floodfill with #9188A5. Deselect.

Same layer. Load eyes2.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Use your Paint Brush, , size 3, and put a white spot in each eye.
Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur 0,75.

Add a new layer. Name it 'ears'.
Load ears.sel. Floodfill with #1D1F2C. Deselect.

Same layer. Load ears_shadow.sel. Adjust brightness with 70. Deselect.

Jiggle, same settings.

If you want to let your panda-bear have a flower, or something else to hold, you can add one more layer and move it under the 'right arm'-layer. I used a tube from 'The Tubes by Jazzl'.
