Lady in Purple

Download the ladyinpurple-selections-file here.
Unzip the selections, and save it in your PSP selections-folder.
The zip-file also include the ladys face; face.psp.

Start by opening a new image, 400x500, transparent background.

Add a new layer, name it 'fur'.
Selections - Load from disk - fur.sel.
Floodfill with #FDFFFF. Effects - Noise - Add 3% Uniform.
Selection - Select None.

Same layer. Load fur_shadow.sel.
Colors - Adjust - Brightness with -50. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'hat back'.
Load hatback.sel. Floodfill with #C28FC3. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load hatback_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -30. Deselect.

Same layer. Load hatback_lightshadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with 40. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'body'.
Load body.sel. Floodfill with #FEF1D9. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load body_shadow.sel.
Floodfill with #F9C1A5. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'head'.
Load head.sel. Floodfill with #FEF1D9. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load head_shadow.sel.
Floodfill with #F9C1A5. Deselect.

Add a new layer. Name it 'face'.
Open the face.psp who was included in the zip-file.
Copy the face, and paste it as a new selection. Move it into position. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'hair'.
Load hair.sel. Floodfill with black. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'hat front'.
Load hatfront.sel. Floodfill with #C28FC3. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load hatfront_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -40. Deselect.

Same layer. Load hatfront_lightshadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with 40. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'feather'.
Load feather.sel. Floodfill with #FDFFFF. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load feather_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -40. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'dress'.
Load dress.sel. Floodfill with #C28FC3. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load dress_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -50. Deselect.

Same layer. Load dress_lightshadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with 40. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'right hand'.
Load righthand.sel. Floodfill with #FDFFFF. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load righthand_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -70. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'left hand'.
Load lefthand.sel. Floodfill with #FDFFFF. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load lefthand_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -70. Deselect.

Add a new layer, name it 'bracelet'.
Load bracelet.sel. Floodfill with #EED046. Add 3% Noise. Deselect.

Same layer. Load bracelet_shadow.sel.
Adjust Brightness with -20. Deselect.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, these settings:
