Dog on the moon

Download the dogandmoon-selections-file here.
Unzip the selections, and save it in your PSP selections-folder.

Start by opening a new image, 450x500, transparent background.

Add a new layer. Name it 'moon'.
Selections - Load from disk - moon.sel. Floodfill with #404040.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 2. Floodfill with #F3D82C.
Selections - Select None.

Same layer. Load moon_darkshadow.sel. Floodfill with #E7B544. Deselect.

Same layer. Load moon_lightshadow.sel. Floodfill with #FAF9E6. Deselect.

Effects - Noise - Add 3%.

Add a new layer. Name it 'stars'.
Load stars.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Contract by 2.
Floodfill with #F3D82C. Deselect.

Same layer. Load stars_darkshadow.sel. Floodfill with #E7B544. Deselect.

Same layer. Load stars_lightshadow.sel. Floodfill with #FAF9E6. Deselect.

Add 3% Noise.

Add a new layer. Name it 'head'.
Load head.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Contract by 2.
Floodfill with white. Deselect.

Same layer. Load head_darkshadow.sel Floodfill with #F2F0F0. Deselect.

Same layer. Load head_detajls.sel. Floodfill with black. Deselect.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow, these settings:

Add a new layer. Name it 'head spots'.
Load head_spots.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Deselect.

Add a new layer. Name it 'nose'.
Load nose.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Deselect.
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel - Round presets.

Add a new layer. Name it 'body'.
Load body.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Contract by 2.
Floodfill with white. Deselect.
Drop Shadow, same settings as the head.

Same layer. Load body_darkshadow.sel Floodfill with #F2F0F0. Deselect.

Same layer. Load body_detajls.sel. Floodfill with black. Deselect.

Add a new layer. Name it 'body spots'.
Load body_spots.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Deselect.

Add a new layer. Name it 'collar'.
Load collar.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Contract by 2.
Floodfill with #1652AC. Deselect.

Same layer. Load collar_darkshadow.sel Floodfill with #113771. Deselect.

Add a new layer. Name it 'ear'.
Load ear.sel. Floodfill with #404040. Deselect.
Drop shadow, same settings as the head.

I used Eye Candy 4000, Jiggle, on the 'spots'-layers and 'ear'-layer, with these settings:

but that's optional..
