Hi everyone.....(11-15/11-2002)
We are two boys named Kjetil(15) and Lars(15) from Norway. We are going at Holvika youth-school at 10th grade. We have a school project about USA. We choosed the subject food, but we thought it would be more facilitate to only have about donuts, since donuts is very popular in USA (And misused). We want to find facts about the history of donuts, recepies and write a little about the worlds largest donuts store (Dunkin Donuts). Our approach is to find out what a donut is, how it come to the world; in which way and how we make it. I think we even shall find out how it taste!!!! :-)
Donuts Recipe
3 tablespoons shortening
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
