Glassblowers in Norway and emigration to America

I have studied glassblower families in Norway, mainly the Bruun, Wenzel and Erich family that came to Norway in the 17th. centuary. Right now I am working on a book about emigration to Amercia from 'Old Beitstaden' (Beitstad, Malm and Namdalseid). This page is the only one in English, all others are in Norwegain.

Glassblower families
Bruun
The first Bruun that came to Norway was glassblower Christian Bruun and his wife from Germany. Their son Johannes Bruun was married to Siri Mogensdatter from Brøttum. Their son Christian Bruun married Christianne Wenzel and moved to Aasnes Glass Factory in Namdalseid.

Wenzel
F ranz Wenzel was probably the first glassblower from the Wenzel family that came to Norway. The part of the family I know most about are descendants after glassblower Christian Mathis Wenzel.

Erich
The glassblower family Erich is a big family here in Norway. The first Erich in Norway was Hendrich Erich, he came to 'Aas grønne hytte' in 1853.

Others
Holm, Ledel, Stalberg, Laumann, Jackwitz, Berling and others.
