ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2006

The South African Society in Norway invites you to the Annual General
Meeting to be held in January 2006.
Thanks to the South African Embassy for opening the Embassy facilities
for us.
This is a pre-notice only
and a more formal notice will be sent by middle December.
The following positions will remain for 2006:
Chairperson: Barbara Thorjussen (Elected for 2 years – 2005 &
2006)
Committee member:
The
following positions are to be filled:
Vice-chairperson: Reinaart Pretorius was
elected for 2005 only, but is willing to stand for Vice-Chairperson for 2006.
Treasurer: Henry Clayford is willing to stay in his
position for 2006. Henry will be away on
14 January, but he can be voted in in his absence.
Secretary: Annemarie
Speed is willing to stay in her position for 2006.
1 Committee member to be elected.

The Embassy
has volunteered their facilities on condition that there are more than 12
