Ringerike FN/Nato association was started on the day 24/10-2000.
Somebody of us make a big fireplace on the highest point we have here that day. If the weather is nice, you can see it fare away.
We do this every year on the 24 of October. When we started we had 30 members, but today we have 219 members, so we are very proud of that.
In February next year, 2001, we had a year meeting when we make a management.
Our local Newspaper, Ringerikes Blad, have taking many pictures of us, especially from the medal parade, and writing different thing about us.
Many still waiting, for the medal. Until now it is 7000 have got it in Norway (free). We here have giving out 200. This medal hanging high and have it on you nearest you heart.
