John Jordan Memorial, postal section

IM John Jordan died 4.3.2003 after a battle lasting some months against cancer of the pancreas, which had been diagnosed by chance late last year. A Yorkshireman by birth, he had lived in southern France for many years, and worked as a freelance technical translator. John was also a very effective chess database compiler, and supplied excellent research material to England's Olympiad teams. The email and postal invitation memorial tournaments for John start on the first anniversary of his death.
