This is my version.
This I think is the standard version.Her you will find a complete Norwegian Standard system played by most Norwegian expert. The foundations of the system will be similar to most players using NS. But there are many conventions you can ad that will make system better. In this version I have just included popular conventions I know is popular with NS, and my own. You will see that my own version will cover all areas of bidding, and will be worth learning. Just take one step at the time…

Openings:
The opening system is very natural, and difference between SAYC is that we
also open 1H with 4-card heart. We have experienced that it is important to open
a major suit, and especially with 4-4. 1D opening is also 4 card, while 1C may
be 3.
1NT is 15-17 balanced and may include 5 card major. 2C is very strong, and
2NT is 20-21. Other 2 openings are optional, but Woody version use of course
Woodgroves Multi, the best opening convention ever! hehe.
Special comments about our opening philosofy.
Our opening bids on 1-level is constructive. At least 12HCP or the 20-rule, two longest suit + HCP = 20 (We don’t like thin openings, then we pre-empt in stead!)
Even 4333 distributions with bad honours we pass. The 2
opening is not good, so if we need some help from partner, we rather open on the 1-level even if we have as much as 22HCP.
Pre-empt openings:
Our pre-empt opening bids are “thin” with an exception of 3 / 3 that is constructive. In 3.hand our pre-empt bid may be very thin and sometimes quite good.

is from 3HCP up to 8HCP, but not that strong that you have an invitational hand against a 1NT opening. In 3rd/4th hand these openings may be up to 10 HCP.
