ABOUT ME
 
I am born in 1967, single and with only "four-legged children". I live in Vedavagaen, about 20 kmtr. from the town Haugesund on the West Coast of Norway, where I live close to the sea. So close in fact that outside our living room window we have a quay instead of a garden.

I got my breeder-prefix (N) Simkan's in 1996, and I started my carrier as a Persian breeder with a love for the smoke-colors. In December 1997 I got my first Siamese by a coincident, and I fell totally in love! During the next year it became more and more clear that the Siamese were the "cat in my life", and I decided to end my days as a Persian breeder. Today my Persians are neutered.

In 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004, the prefix (N)Simkan's won the competition of "Breeder of the Year, kat IV" in NRR. A title I am very proud of. In 2003 and 2004, my stud EC Charivari af Snig as become "Stud of the Year".
