Quote:

From the Summer of Chaos to an era of tyranny

Once fertile lands are now desert, temperate islands are locked in ice, and cool forests become murky swamps as the evil dragon overlords bend the very bones of the world to their will. Dark Knights, draconians, and newer, fouler monsters are flocking to join the armies of darkness. As despair descends on all the lands, only one band of heroes stands a chance of preventing the Age of Mortals from becoming an age of slavery and death.

Review:

We continue our travel with Dhamon and his friends trough yet another great story. Their goal to end the dragons' rule.

Shaon is now dead, by the claws of Gale. Dhamon fell into the lake fighting the creature. Dhamon is believed dead, but that is not the case.

The companions continue their quest. They now have a dragonlance, but will it be enough?

While freeing a group of captives, they gain knowledge of a much more powerful weapon. If they collect 4 magical items from the age of dreams, and they destroy them together, it is hoped to bring magic back to the world, so that mages can use their powers once again and defeat the foul dragon overlords. But collecting these items is not easy. There are only a few and they are scattered all over.

But they don't know they are being decieved. Their precious items are stolen by one of Khellendros' servants. Sadly they loose a few companions, as well as the blessed Goldmoon. But there is yet hope, there are still a few items left. Time is running short. What will be Krynns fate?

The book is an exiting read. This whole trilogy is well worth reading, I would warmly recommend the books. I have only one thought; How many times is Goldmoon going to die? She dies also in other books, which is strange. Not everything seems to be syncronized, which is a pity, but no hinder for a good story.
