Kirkenes
I used to live in this house:
Behind the house there was a small garden. In my garden they had made me a running line. I hadn't ordered that running line; I could do without it :) I still own that house, but for a while I will live in Tromsoe.
Kirkenes is placed some small kilometres from the Russian and Finnish border. It is very difficult for us dogs to go visit our neighbour countries. Russia is almost impossible to visit unless you spend months in a box. But now they've given me "needles" against rabies, so now I can border Finland without problems.
About 10 000 people live in Kirkenes and the nearest area. How many dogs... I don't know, but quite a number as far as I can see...

When I was a small puppy, I could walk around without chain and collar
