EXHAUST PIPEs - When lower rockerpanel was new fabricated also portholes for the exhaustpipe  was welded in. Exhaustpipe runs trough the rockers from behind ( aside frame ), and into the curbed end of lakepipe, just so the pipe seem to be an inner part of lakepipe,and will make illusion of functional lakepipes, without heated pipe along side of rocker


AIRFILTER - Customfabricated of rolled and flanged plate.  Orginal round bucket didnt have place anymore, because of brakebooster.
Flanges on sides, and left deckel bolts on place, Airintake is
crossed design pattern drilled holes in bottom, clamps on carburator, and side of valvecover. With swampfilter

ROCKABILLYGASPEDAL - A real kemp needs some extra trick,also the interior. Fabricated of solid shaped steel, hingemount on floor, To be painted as the ladypic right. Black parts are in rubberized paint for grip.
 Well, after having fun with gaspedal, why not also an brake? Diced cutted in though steel, welded on .
Painted with rubberized paint...more fun of stopping.



LAKEPIPEs EXTENSION - From the back of front wheel opening, the moulded housing follow the contour of rear part,  back on rockerpanel approx.
 70cm. This is welded at middle
beltline and under panel. The rockerpanel has got a 1/4 parted rounded shape in bottom, and the pipe housing extend this to a full circle.



Ends of lakepipes!  Exhaust pipe outlet in inner tube.
FRENCHED LIGHTHOUSES
The way to go! The teardrop rear lights is going to be frenched, and get a new housing. House get 3 pressings aside for the style.
Use of a flangemachine the opening get round shaped
corner. the rest is hammer & dolly work!

HOODSCOOPS - When on the go..... the old style kustomtrick, fasle airiscoops at hoodsides are done.
   Fabricated in steel, curbed to fit hood/ style. Flangemachine for the front edge. After welding ( careful to not overheat,distorsion of hood ) grinding, filler is on,. and just the fine work
with filler/ paint is back

Rounded DOOR CORNERs
Abother old trick is the rounded corners at hood, and dooropenings. And here the Fleetline get rounded dooropening at the top, lower opening has got it from before. The door is shaved ofsto suit the right shape,and in the pillar/ roof part is enclosed to fit the exact shape of the dooredge. Nice effect, and an pretty easy job .

TOWN CAR styled ROOF
Open rooftop is great on hot days.
An old factory idea (conseptcars)
Roofsection is cuttet, welded with a frame.The roof is strenghtned with  channel built round the hole opening.



SUNVISOR SUPPORT
After seen the normal problems with big sunvisors, I´d make a new styled fixing. Normal its a support leaning on the middle post of splitted windows, who after a while makes cracks, and
damages the front windows.

  Here i gonna make a center support on roofsection above the window, bolted through the roof.
