Greetings everybody,

"The Rite of Ma'at". It is a short ritual based on a string of words in enochian, in fact, the first I got. This happened way before I started receiving the QVYD material. By then I thought I could evoke Ma'at using enochian magick, but ever since doing this rite, I have felt the presence of an entity that could resemble Her.
I posted the Ma'at ritual some years ago on the gnostic.net, but it did not seem to have caught much. but, since Runar was interested in it some couple of months ago, we started translating some, and I experimented some more with the rite. I hereby post the Ma'at ritual again with the new findings. It would not be a bad idea if I could start with this ritual as the beginning of it all. After all, it WAS the beginning of my 'channelings'.

The Beginning
After using Runar's Banrite and Sicle Rite some years ago, I wanted to contact an enochian servitor. I even used a feather of a spanish vulture I got from an uncle. Instead, I got contacted by a vague entity. I gave the sign of Jupiter (why I did it, is now lost to me, as I lost my magickal diary after moving to another house). The entity turned into a faint reflection of the goddess Ma'at, who gave me a call I later recognized understood as being enochian:

"Corrilon tuma baris, comesa to tanun orgeka. Nuldemor ooteja surmanu otella nor nomi. Tratela ooipe comelun troblon oormega tabulasa oocala ertepo makelana pitesu normega".

I did not translate this text until fairly recently, but it is sufficient to use it as an evocation of an entity, perhaps a hypostasis of Ma'at, who appears to be called Deja Vu, or VV HID (numerical value = 31). After two weeks of the ritual it seems to manifest a sort of karmic manifestation or projection on any visualized person or situation. It apparently cannot be used for evil purposes, for it seems to be no more than a karmic cannon.

Finally, here I post a translation of the enochian Ma'at rite, followed by a translation Runar gave me. I have found out that there are three sentences with a total of 24 words, which is the number of seniors in the Great Tablet, and the number of runes in the elder futhark. To me it is a number of completeness, a doubling of the number 12, a holy number in many religions and esoteric traditions.
Here again I give the words of the enochian calling, and under it the translation, based on the letter correspondences by Patrica Shaffer. As the 24 words opened up into whole sentences, I have placed comma's here and there to make the whole a bit more readable.

"Corrilon tuma baris, comesa to tanun orgeka.
Nuldemor ooteja surmanu otella nor nomi.
Tratela ooipe comelun troblon oormega tabulasa oocala ertepo makelana pitesu normega".

Word translation and analysis:

Corrilon tuma baris, comesa to tanun orgeka.
"I am the Creator of the double movement, the activation of unity and the Selfhood becoming, who equilibrates the light of re-membrance, by continually choosing the direction of the energized gathering, I create the willed knowledge to re-gather, because I balance and re-balance internally the divine spark, I move, but have no will to re-create".

Runar's experience, from his diaries following the use of the 1st Sentence:
My body is transformed into a white one, and it is becoming separated into two halves, that are independent and free, but aligned and in agreement and coordinance. (well known stuff- but other times I have experienced that the left side is black) There are no signs of the line of division. The element is very and clearly airy, and I enter into the sphere where one can breath prana freely - (demands usually 30-60 min of pranayama.)

7 words = number of Venus, Netzach

Nuldemor ooteja surmanu otella nor nomi.
"As the inner light of single potential will that knows I am movement itself, for I am the being that balances the intentional new energy by gathering the light that moves the memory of the inner light; I balance the will of the double reunion, internally I move for my Self is knowledge energized".

Runar's experience, from his diaries following the use of the 2nd sentence:
The white presence is externalized and stand before me mighty as a gentle titan. The silence and clarity of the moment is exalted. Now or never, always.

6 words = solar number, Tipharet

Tratela ooipe comelun troblon oormega tabulasa oocala ertepo makelana pitesu normega.
"Therefore balance the continually moving balance of the will of the renewed one, for I am the being that activates the destined location, the manifested being that knows the will of the first divine spark; I balance the movement of the first duality while I am within, I am the being that moves and re-balances the duality of the new light of the re-gathering; I am the being that re-creates the re-union, for the intentional movement balances the willed placement of existence;
Re-member to intentionally create the re-union of your Self again, by directing energy to balance the gathering of the light, internally becoming the willed knowledge of the timelesness".

Runar's experience, from his diaries following the use of the 3rd sentence:
"The wonder continues into sublimity, a rare light shows up sparkling in gold. All then seems to be satisfied. I am again "just" myself, and feels ready for whatever. The temple has suddenly nothing in particular apart of lots of potentiality and confidence".

11 words = number of magick

Total = 24 words.

About the Ma'at Rite, I am just flabbergasted with my own translation, and Runar's. This rite creates or evokes the (or a) counterpart of the magickian; maybe something like the Old Norse 'fylgja' or fetch, as they call it now. Or it could even be something like the jungian animus/anima. In any case, in my experience the entity I evoked appeared to be feminine, but also someone I know, the lady Deja Vue. Within a Ma'atian perspective, it does make some sense. Crowley's tarot card Art,
(Atu VIII?) represents Ma'at as an aspect of both Justice and Balance. Now by 'balance' I think of the balanced tension between two forces or entities, be they human or human and otherwise who stand as two opposites. In this way, even abstract concepts like 'truth' can be seen between any two extreme polarities ("I am right, and you are not").
Could this Deja Vue be my 'Counterweight of the Heart' as Nema explains in her 'Pennae Praenumbra'? Certainly, we together could be the 'Divine Gynander 'or 'Divine Androgyne'. I don't know if anyone has read Nema's book, 'Maat Magick', but I feel I have to quote some parts of her 'Pennae Praenumbra':

17. I am Whom I appear to be, at times, and then again I wear a triple veil. Be not confused! Above all, Truth prevails.

18. I am the Unconfined. Who is there to say me nay, to say, "Thou shalt not pass"? [...]

32. The two are one, and form the Kingdom's essence. Who masters them is Master of the World. They are the utter keys of Transmutation, and keys of the power of other Elements.

Analysis
Incredible, I have been struggling for the meaning of these enochian sentences for about five years, and now finally, I'm starting to get an inkling as to its meaning. I thank Runar here for providing some experience. I certainly believe that these words are the kernel of a larger structure.

As said before, this call of Ma'at has a total of 24 words, divided in three sentences. At one point a year ago I got the idea that the total number of sentences and words also have a meaning. So what can we already gather from the value of these numbers? Let's start with three, the number of sentences in this call. Three is according to Crowley the mystical
number of Chokmah. The first sentence has seven words, the numerical value of the initials AHA, or spelled in full Adonai Ha-Aretz. The second sentence has six words; now six is according to Crowley the mystical number of Binah, and the last sentence has 11 words, according to Crowley 11 is the number of magick. The total words come up to 24, the hours in one day, and the number of Elders in the Apocalyps, or seniors in the Great Tablet. The number 24 indicates a circle, a coming
round. The three sentences, whose symbolizing is marked by seven, six, and eleven, I see as a moving from the sphere of Netzach, towards Tiphareth, and catapulted by magick through the workings of the magickian.

A Second Attempt
Around the 8th of september last year I tried the Ma'at rite with the translation I got. I started with Runar's banishing, and then the Sicle Rite. then I recited the words in three fases. I had read Runar's translation to help in the visualization. I then sat in asana. First I felt nothing, but then I felt a wave of calmness almost overwhelm me. I
hadn't felt like this in ages, yet I did not feel I was comunicating with any externalized part of me. I did have a very vague sense of some female entity communicate to me. First I heard: "Two are the powers, one
is the source."

Then I saw a symbol, like this:

( ) < - a moonsickle on the lower half, points up
/ \ < - these parts are rounded
| |

All in all, it suggested the shape of a moonhead. Then I heard the following:

"Kranikag at opalon. marbila mada perroni marketu perralona, nerdoba zad orcuda mer abi ronda od mapsala. Ger sani co oda mapsala. Tecuda na oma percuda mer sarilon. Terzuda darcom. Zada luciftias od percuda tex raonda perolak.
Zac od zacare, meruda dasa plif, ocabun mera tarkasa".

These thoughts even spoke to me in english:
"Know ye that existence is pure joy, the realization of all potential. Remember then, to fulfill your joy and to forget your slavedom. You are your own master. Therefore fulfill your potential and let your inner light shine.
The word is at an end. Aum Ha."

Now this all sounds suspiciously a lot like Crowley's Liber Al. Maybe these ritual had made me think of Crowley. In any case, I hardly ever think during meditation sentences like this.

I still have only scraped the surface. A couple of days later I got an idea that this rite somehow helps to split your self on a basic level, whereupon you can re-unite after some sort of reconfiguration, sort of the 'solve et coagula' principle. This was indeed sort of what happened to me, though the effects weren't lasting.

Also, I had another flash of intuition when I thought that maybe I should use the hebrew letter/tarot correspondences for the 7 + 6 + 11 = 23 string of words in the first Ma'at call. 7 is the letter Zayin, the Lovers, ie separation, a splitting by the sword, and the Lovers as a dyadic partnership working under one guiding principle. 6 is Vau, the
Hierophant, ie union, noumenal knowledge put to practical use. Then finally the 11th letter is Kaph, Fortune. I think it means here to just let spin the 'solve et coagula' principle. Therefore I think the first Ma'at call follows a Z-V-C sequence. By the way, the numerical value of this sequence is 23. Fnord indeed.

I am planning on doing some more tests with the calls. After I get a firm understanding of the principles and dynamics of the first call, I will translate the second call and get on from there.

greetings,

Carlos
