Fraggle Rock debuted to a record US audience of 2,743,000 viewers in 1983.

Muppet Central had a well-organized petition in 1998 that ended in success: the Fraggles returned to the screens on the Odyssey Channel! Their site is excellent, and must sees are interviews with Karen Prell, Terry Angus as well as other performers from the show.
