24.10.2005 Solveig, Arild, Rune og Ragnar har vært på selveste Kona Hawaii Ironman, alle Ironmans mor over alle mødre. Arild imponerte mest med sin sjette tid under 9.30 og det i heten i Stillehavet! Også imponerende av Rune mens Ragnar fikk en aldri så liten sprekk. Solveig var også veldig sterk og bare 5-6 minutter fra å perse. Alles profiler er oppdatert med de nye tidene :)
29.09.2005 Resultatene fra Ironman Hof 1987 er implementert i Ironmanlista. 14 nye navn ble funnet og totalt finnes det per d.d. 331 menn som har fullført en eller flere Ironman og 23 kvinner. Mer

26.08.2005 OK. The Ironman-list is updated. Norway does now have 23 female Ironmen and 317 male ones. This makes a total of 340. Most of the new Ironmen have completed Norseman Extreme Triathlon but also IM Kalmar, IM Germany, IM Austria and IM United Kingdom have contributed with fresh norwegian Ironmanblood.
18.08.2005 Svein Florness did a great job on his first Ironman (IM Austria) with the time 9.47 wich brings him up as the 16th best norwegian through all times.
16.08.2005 4 women from IM Kalmar 2005 and 6 women from HP Norseman Xtreme Triathlon 2005 are added. We now have 25 women who once or more in their lifetime completed an Ironman!! Congratulation!!! For the men's Norseman competitors they have to wait alittle because I have 86 names to update or add :P
16.08.2005 11 brave Wikings entered IM Germany 2005 and fastest of them all was the elite veteran from Kristiansand Arild Tveiten with the time 9.16.05. He took a nice 3rd place for the agegroup M30 and became 23rd overall. Also personal best times for Kristofer Larsen from Horten and Øystein Vestre from Haugesund. 3 new guys entered the list as Norwegian Ironman Heroes; Jon Nicholas Thorp, John Arve Michelsen and Roar Høidal.
13.07.2005 Olaf Ellefsen, Fredrik Mandt and Jørgen Melau did a great effort in IM France, with Fredrik and Jørgen setting new personal bests. Added to the IM-list.

22.03.2005 Solveig Gysland and Jostein Trodahl completed IM South Africa this weekend. Solveig did a new personal record and clocked in on 10.51.
07.03.2005 Ragnar Alne completed IM New Zealand with a new personal best 9.22.39 and moves him 2 places up on our little list from 9th to 7th place.
13.01.2005 All the IM profiles are finally made. Please check if your in the list and that the info is correct.
03.01.2005 Dag Skindlo became an IM in Austria 2004 and is now ranked 34th place among the alltime norwegian Ironmen with his 10.44.45. Good job!
16.12.2004 Svein Mørner who lives in Wisconsin, USA is added to the list. He became an IM back in 2002 and is now ranked 44th place among the alltime norwegian Ironmen with his 11.18.24. Good job!
20.10.2004 The top 10 norwegian ironmen Ragnar Alne and Rune Skinnerlien completed the Kona Hawaii Ironman this weekend. Good job lads. All their IM results can be found via this page.
