Forgery

This issue is a complete forgery, and can be recognized also from the characteristics described for Mi #21. At present, I don't have a fake sample to show on this page, but will still describe the most important characteristics [1]:

1. Original stamps are printed on thick paper with dull black surcharge. The forgeries have a more glossy black surcharge.
2. The surcharges are printed with rather thin colour on the originals, but are thicker on the forgeries.
3. The number "1" has very thin head and foot on originals, wider on the forgeries.
4. There are no clear distinguishing characteristics in the letters "Mk" or in the ornaments between originals and forgeries.

This issue is also a complete forgery and can be recognized on the characteristics given for Mi #22.Regarding the surcharge, especially the rounded blunt ends and corners of "M" and "k" can reveal a forgery. There are no clear characteristics on the two ornaments of the surcharge.
