“All Saints has a lot of female characters like that, which I guess is farily unusual,” Ling says. “We’re very privileged.” “It’s a broad bunch of women on the show,” Belinda adds. “And it really is like one big, happy family. Actors say that all the time and don’t really mean it, but everyone looks out for each other on the set. It’s such a great bunch of people to work with” Belinda was only scheduled to appear in six episodes of All Saints earlier this year, but was thirlled when the show’s producers asked her to come back for another six weeks. “I enjoyed mytime here last time, and I feel like part of the gang,” she says. “I missed everyone when I left, so it was nice to be asked back. The whole cast and crew are lovely, and I know I’m going to miss everyone again. “Belinda came on as a guest actor and slotted right into it, “Libby says. “It’s hard for a lot of guest actors to just come onto the show and feel so at ease, but she fittet right in.”

All Saints may be female-focused, but Ling’s character has her work cut out as the only female doctor at All Saints western General hospital. “She’s also young,” Ling says. “Kylie encounters a certain amount of prejudice because of all that. “When I started on All Saints, I played a character that, status-wise, was beneath everyone.... but no one has maintained that status off-camera!”
