Belinda It's hard to say, I guess singing at the Carols in the Domain in front of 110,000 people was pretty amazing.

Belinda I have a big freckle on the little finger of my left hand!

cheriee Do you think that actors should be so popular, as acting is just a job, like any other, and actors are just people like us, except that they have chosen acting as their profession?

Belinda Absolutely, I agree. We're just the same as everybody else. I guess it's just that your face is more familiar.

texmurphy Hi! I heard you were leaving Home and Away  is this true? If so, why?

Belinda Yes I am, I've been on for three years and I just want to see what else is out there.

Tiger_Cub Did you enjoy the photo shoot for the Hope CD?

Belinda Yeah, I had a ball. Those girls are really cool.

Toolman24 So I saw you did black + white magazine, I was wondering would u ever do say Playboy, or nude scenes on screen?

Belinda Not any more!

Belinda I got an agent and after two years of getting nothing I got a part on Hey Dad!

cheriee Would you ever get to a point where you would stop acting and think about doing something else?

Belinda Absolutely. I never intended to act, I really wanted to sing.

nosrettap Do you consider the characters on Home and Away to be role models?

Belinda Home and Away tries to provide, I guess, characters who provide some sort of moral guidance.

Jezza I heard you're leaving H&A, is this true, and if so when and HOW????

Belinda Yes it's true  don't know how, your guess is as good as mine.

Toolman24 So why do u say no now, did u have a bad experience after the black + white shoot, I mean, you're gorgeous?

Belinda It was just a one-off because black + white's fairly groovy.

|PiL0T| The Internet provides a lot of things to ppl, including relationships involving ppl from all over the globe. Do you have any opinion on this topic, I mean do you think it's good or pretty weird?

Belinda I think it's amazing. I used it to keep in contact with my ex-boyfriend for nearly a year.

Belinda Thank you very much  I had one year classical training and two years jazz.

|PiL0T| What is your opinion of the scriptwriters adding topics of current news interest, I remember the disgusting scriptwriting that went on when Pauline Hanson was in the headlines and on H&A itself there was Summer Bay's OWN Pauline Hanson type person, I personally believe that current affairs have no place in a soap opera, do you think the same?

Belinda I agree, I guess the reason people tune in to soaps is to escape what's really happening.

Toolman24 Fair enough then, so do u know of any other H&A girls doing black + white?

Belinda Not at the moment.

Belinda Yes, I think he just wants to try something different.

Belinda I'd really like to get back to singing and songwriting. And as far as I know no one on H&A is attached to another H&A person!

cheriee I have been singing for 10 years now, but I don't think I would be able to stand the unreliability of such a profession, do you worry about being out of work because of the career you have chosen?

Belinda It comes with the territory  you have to go into it knowing that you may be out of work for periods of time. I guess you really have to want to do it really really badly.

texmurphy Did you like being on Hey Dad a few years ago?

Belinda Yep, I loved it! It was lots of fun.

TweetyPie Hi Belinda, you're a really good actress. I'm sure you get that a lot but it's true. I just wanted to know if you had ever thought of starting in any other shows or even a movie of some sort?

Belinda : I would love to do film and I'm hoping that maybe I'll get the opportunity once I leave  fingers crossed.

Belinda I've always been a show-off! It was kind of inevitable. Just try different things and see what suits  don't worry if you don't know right now.

Belinda I love jazz and R'n'B, Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin are my favourites.

Middleman Do u suggest to do theatre before trying to go on to a movie career or is it just pure luck sometimes?

Belinda I think you just have to take what you can get, to tell you the truth. Jobs in the entertainment industry can be few and far between  and whatever works for you I guess.

cheriee Do you live with family, friends, or other actors? What are some of your hobbies? Do you know how to play the guitar?

Belinda I live with my best friend, who I've known since I was 12. I don't have a lot of time for hobbies! I play the guitar very badly but I try :)

lozza How long have you been acting?

Belinda I've been doing theatre since I was about 14.

Belinda Yes, I used to go to the open mike nights and take my charts and sing!

Belinda It has its pros and its cons...
