The road to love for Rebecca and Travis was a rocky one, with Travis recovering from recent heartbreak and Rebecca scared of her feelings not being reciprocated. But true love won through in the end and Rebecca and Travis wed in a beautiful As the lovebirds settle into wedded bliss, life took an unexpected turn when Pippa Ross decided to leave town. Travis and Rebecca have taken on the responsibility of caring for all of Pippa's foster kids. For a couple so young, they handle the task remarkably well. Although Rebecca loves the children dearly, she has decided that motherhood isn't for her and that she doesn't want to have children of her ownceremony at the end of 1997
Rebecca found her world rocked a little, though, when Pippa's boyfriend Ian came back to announce that he and Pippa had bought a place in the Carrington Ranges and wanted Tiegan, Justine and Sam to go and live with them. Even though this was meant to be something Travis and Rebecca should have been happy about, Rebecca found herself realising that she'd miss the kids if they left – maybe she likes motherhood more than she realises! Eventually only Tiegan decided to go, but the whole thing gave Rebecca a real jolt.
But the day came when Rebecca and Travis decided to leave Summer Bay and the caravan park. They both got a job on a Tall Ship that is sailing around the world and on a lovely day they waved good-bye to everybody in Summer Bay and sailed into the sunset.
