ADF -Cirkusteltet -UKA'99 -Trondheim -Norway -24.October 1999
On Sunday 24.October, it was bus and train from Oslo to Trondheim for about 7 hours. ADF were playing together with the Roots in a circustent there. I was in the front again. The Roots were playing first. I had major expectations to them, as I'd heard they were good, but they were a big disappointment. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it, but I didn't. It was so boring. Luckily they didn't play for more than an hour. Then at about 21:35 ADF came smiling on stage. They played the same set as in Oslo except from they didn't play Assassin. I just have to say that I love the new songs, after hearing them live. I've heard most of them except from "Officer XX" and "Judgement" before. Yet another powerful version of "Free Satpal Ram". They started to play it and then after "self defence is no offence" they started all over again, as I've heard they done on other gigs that I have on bootlegs. The instrumental ones "Riddim I Like" and "Scaling New Heights" are just awesome. Then it was time for "Rebel Warrior" and we all know what that means. Well they made us sing "Happy Birthday" in Trondheim as well. Only joking this time too:). See you soon, was their last words. I hope so. The people seemed to enjoy their gig, even though I think most people were there to see the Roots. The Setlist: Charge - Real Great Britain - New Way New Life - Naxalite - Memory War - Taa Deem - Crash - Dub Mentality - Riddim I Like - Officer XX - Buzzin' - Free Satpal Ram ------ Judgement - Scaling New Heights - Rebel Warrior
