FORGIVE ME

Attraction, deep feelings,

nearness, kisses and laughter

We made love, and took

a cooling bath

together thereafter

Two young people,

mania, craze

A last kiss,

an intense embrace

I knew: A false step

would mean death

I did that step

totally without breath

I`m old now

but not to old to see

that you meant all to me

and so it always will be

I love you for ever,

my dearly love

forever means heaven;

here above

I miss you so, my only dear

and sooon we`ll be

together again
