The former pro-Sathya Sai Baba author Brian Steel writes: "The frequently repeated allegations by Sai Baba writers of a very detailed prediction by the Prophet Muhammad of the coming of Sai Baba is accepted by many devotees as totally authentic." He has recently (2005) uncovered a major fraud by the Sathya Sai Organisation at the Chaitanya Joythi Museum in Prashanthi Nilayam, where they have faked translations of Persian texts.
